Responsibilities include implementing merchandising and marketing programs, handling cash and fuel transactions, promoting loyalty, and keeping the store compliant with health standards while ensuring products are in stock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have retail management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing store staff.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong cash handling and sales transaction capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop leaders, focus on retention and employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash transactions and fuel sales while promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with health and sanitation compliance.
• Ensure products are in-stock and clearly presented to customers.
