Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Career Development Associate Store Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) to participate in a structured leadership training program designed to prepare graduates for an Associate Store Team Leader role. The CDASTL will support store leadership in daily operations, merchandising, safety, and customer service.

The program develops leadership through weekly training, capstone projects, and mentorship, with graduation to the STL role upon completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team leadership in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and customer service experience.
• Ability to train and inspire excellence.
• Excellent communication and decision making.
• Knowledge of store operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operations and ensures plan execution.
• Coaches and develops team members and performance.
