Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or grocery setting.
• Strong merchandising/retailing knowledge and execution.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, quality assurance, training and communications.
• Provide daily feedback to store leaders and teams on execution and performance.
• Drive customer service and community relations to meet standards.
• Support staffing, safety, and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
