Program requirements include weekly trainings, capstone project, and mentorship.

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• Strong communication and ability to train and develop others.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related apps.

• Oversee store operations and merchandising processes within the CDASTL training scope.
• Provide daily feedback to store leaders and teams on plan execution, sales, margin, labor, and promotions.
• Drive customer service excellence and maintain strong community relations.
