Whole Foods Market is seeking a Career Development Associate Store Team Leader (CDASTL) as part of a structured leadership training program. The role supports store leadership in daily operations, training, and achieving financial and safety targets, with a pathway to an Associate Store Team Leader position.

Participants follow a defined training schedule, with limited PTO adjustments and the ability to miss up to three training days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• Proven ability to drive results and coach teammates to high standards.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, operations and customer service expectations.

Responsabilités

• Oversees processes, programs, and initiatives including merchandising, marketing, quality assurance, training, and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback to store leaders/teams on plan execution, sales, margin, labor, and promotions.
• Builds strong relationships with store and regional leadership and supports prioritization of operations goals.
