The role supports daily store operations, coaching teams, and achieving performance goals while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Program requirements include sequential training, capstone project, and collaboration with STL Mentor to plan development and graduation from the program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• High-performing manager or team leader with leadership experience in retail/hospitality.
• Ability to drive results and support teams to achieve high standards.
• Strong merchandising/retailing knowledge and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations, merchandising, marketing, quality assurance, training and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback on plan execution including sales, margin and labor.
• Drives customer service excellence and maintains positive community relations.
• Analyzes financial reports and collaborates with leadership to align priorities.
