Job summary

The program covers classroom and on-the-job training, SOP compliance, and developing leadership, with focus on customer experience, asset protection, and people management in a Walgreens store environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and transfer to different Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations of the Walgreens store.
• Shadow Store Manager and lead the team through the learning journey.
• Analyze store performance, manage customer experience, and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in training, rotations, and development plans to readiness for Store Manager role.
