Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management or related field.
• 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager and gain hands-on leadership experience.
• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations during learning journey.
• Participate in rotations across stores.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Develop customer service and loss prevention skills.
