Walgreens seeks a trainee for a Store Manager track. You will shadow the Store Manager, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, greet customers, and help staff deliver excellent service.

The role includes rotations, training toward certifications, and ongoing performance coaching to readiness for permanent management duties. In this accelerated program you complete classroom, online, and on-the-job training, study SOPs, gain proficiency with Walgreens' systems, and work toward a Store Manager

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is required.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and coach staff on service standards.
• Shadow Store Manager, rotate through stores, and learn SOPs and systems.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
