Job summary

Belle Tire Inc is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to prepare for future store leadership in our Michigan operations. You will work under a Store Manager mentor, learning to lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service.

Responsibilities include applying our 6-Step Sales Process, assisting with staffing, and supporting financial management while traveling to training centers as needed. This role emphasizes growth into a Store Manager within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers' license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred is a plus.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve goals.
• Apply Belle Tire's 6-Step Sales Process to customer interactions.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Support budgeting, profit & loss awareness, and controllable expenses.
• Promote Belle Tire's culture, values, and customer-first mindset.
