Job summary

The role includes leading teams, learning the 6‑Step Sales Process, coordinating store activities, and traveling to other stores for the full training experience, with potential relocation for leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve business and customer goals.
• Observe and assist in training sessions and team huddles.
• Drive sales across products and services while maintaining service standards.
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and workflow.
• Learn fundamentals of P&L management under Store Manager guidance.
• Promote Belle Tire's culture and values and support brand leadership.
