Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. offers a Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through hands-on retail operations experience.

You will work closely with a Store Manager mentor to learn coaching, sales leadership, and premium customer service within a fast-paced tire and auto service environment. As an MIT, you’ll participate in leadership training, observe performance feedback, and apply strategy to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related environment.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
