Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 6+ months in management.
• 2 years of college in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and supervise store operations.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Process transactions at POS with accurate cash handling and discounts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety throughout premises.
• Train and coach staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Unload deliveries and stock shelves per guidelines.
• Wrap gifts, assemble gift baskets, and offer carryout service.
• Perform opening/closing duties and reconcile cash.
