Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida seeks an Assistant Store Leader to support the Store Leader in overseeing all store operations, driving performance goals, and delivering guest service excellence.

The role requires 6 months of management experience or 1 year of related education; must be 21+, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will mentor staff, assist with hiring/training, and ensure inventory, safety, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 6 months of proven experience in a management or leadership role; or at least 1 year of education in Business Management or related field; or equivalent combination.
• Completion of the LIT program fulfills this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and documentation for team performance.
• Greet Guests and ensure excellent service to meet standards.
• Drive store performance metrics and overall business growth.
