ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Satellite Beach, FL is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee to greet Guests, drive sales, and ensure a safe, well-stocked store. In this role you will learn to run the floor, assist with merchandising, and support store operations under supervision.

You’ll train across POS transactions, age verification, receiving, and customer service while upholding ABC’s standards. This full-time position offers growth, benefits, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required, though customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet each Guest upon entry and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS system accurately and process transactions.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol & tobacco purchases with proper ID checks.
• Learn and promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer and cigars selection.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking and visual presentation.
• Receive, unload and validate invoices; organize store deliveries.
• Keep store and stockrooms clean, safe and organized; assist with daily property upkeep.
