Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida seeks a Shift Leader Trainee to develop into a Shift Leader within ~90 days. You will work as the Manager on Duty in training, greet Guests, and support store operations from opening to closing.

You will process transactions, perform cash handling, and stay current on product knowledge to ensure a high-quality Guest experience. You will also train and coach teammates, maintain cleanliness, assist with deliveries, stock shelves, and provide wrap/gift services.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED and college-level coursework in business management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist store management.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Process transactions with the POS, handle cash and other tender types, and reconcile at shift end.
• Stay current on required training and product knowledge for informed service.
• Train/coach other associates to promote exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment including stockroom and restrooms.
• Assist with daily tasks like unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Wrap products, assemble gift baskets, and offer carryout service when needed.
