Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training and gain hands-on leadership experience.

During the program, you will work with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, learn operations, sales, and internal strategy, and develop the skills to grow

Qualifications

• Entry-level program designed to prepare you for Store Management in 18–24 months.
• 36+ hours? 44 hours per week schedule is typical, may include evenings/weekends.
• Promote-from-within philosophy with opportunity to advance to Assistant Store Manager after training.

Responsibilities
