Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by program start.
• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training as established by the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build product knowledge to recommend products effectively.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and maintain store condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls.
