Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by program start.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with the program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Develop product knowledge to provide effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and procedures.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales to grow market share.
