Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

The program trains you to oversee a million-dollar business, lead teams, and develop strategy while selling to large commercial users

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and merchandising.
• Assist with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Support management with coaching and performance activities.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales calls to grow market share.
