Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

During the program, you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with store management.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and compliance with policies.
• Maintain store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support training and development of employees.
• Respond to customer and/or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales calls to grow market share.
