7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in New York’s Cohoes area. You will lead store staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and support daily operations with a focus on training, merchandising, and promotions.

This role offers full-time hours, pay that ranges from $16.00 to $21.50 per hour, and opportunities for growth, incentive bonuses, and comprehensive benefits in the US. A valid driver's license and the ability to multi-task are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• Experience in supervising and training store staff is valued.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Train and coach store employees to ensure high performance.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and promote loyalty program participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
