Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in New York, Lake Ronkonkoma, to lead store operations alongside the Store Leader. You will train and coach staff, drive customer service excellence, and support merchandising initiatives.

The role emphasizes talent development, proper cash handling, and promotion of our loyalty program, with a focus on maintaining a clean, compliant store and delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with Store Leader
• Focus on talent retention by developing leaders and promoting productivity
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
• Proficient with cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program operations
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and stock levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel); HS diploma or GED preferred/required with retail management experience

Responsibilities
