Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work alongside the Store Leader to provide customer service leadership, train and coach staff, and support merchandising and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with store staff and Store Leader.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants and potential leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
