Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/retail management experience.

- Proficient in cash handling and fuel transactions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
- Help recruit, train and develop store staff and maintain high retention.
- Assist in merchandising and promotional program implementation.
- Ensure store is clean, safe and well-stocked; manage loyalty program.
- Maintain effective communication and high-quality customer interactions.
