Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year Retail Management experience.
• Experience leading customer service teams and coaching staff.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient in cash handling and loyalty program promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside Store Leader for all store employees.
• Coach and train staff to maintain high service standards.
