7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join a hands-on management team in Michigan. You’ll work closely with the Store Leader to develop staff, train associates, and drive store performance across merchandising and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to oversee customer service and coaching alongside the Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health and sanitation rules.
• Multi-task effectively and communicate clearly with staff and customers.
