7-Eleven is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager in Michigan. This training-focused role offers full-time hours and first-hand experience leading store teams, coaching staff, and implementing merchandising and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
