7-Eleven is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. The role focuses on leading store staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach team members, implement merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling, and promote our loyalty initiatives while ensuring a clean, safe store and high product availability. This is a full-time, on-site position in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members and store leaders.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs in-store.
