Job summary

7-Eleven in Michigan is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, drive customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and coaching staff.
• Ability to recruit and develop leaders.

• Cash handling and fuel transaction experience.
• Commitment to health, sanitation and safe store operations.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1 year Retail Management experience.
