Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching to maintain high service standards.

• Experience in retail management and merchandising execution preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Train and coach store staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash transactions and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation guidelines.
