Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead store teams, deliver outstanding customer service, and execute merchandising and promotional programs. You will train and coach crew, manage scheduling, oversee cash handling and safety, and partner with the Store Leader to drive sales and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit and develop staff.
• Cash handling and POS duties.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-traffic store.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and promotional programs.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and staff development.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and safety procedures.
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain a clean, stocked store.
