Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Pasadena, CA to lead a Panda Express store, drive financial results, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will hire, coach and direct associates and participate in a comprehensive leadership training program to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team through training and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate an 8+ week store leadership training to prepare for success.
