Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver excellent service.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
