Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location in South Pasadena, CA. You will hire, train and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a three or more week leadership training program, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement within Panda Restaurant Group. Full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Serve Safe certification required or obtainable.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and development through a multi-week program.
• Lead in-store activities to ensure safety, quality and customer service.
