Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
• In-store leadership responsibilities and coordinating with the Panda community to support store performance.
