Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location in California. You will hire, coach and direct team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide extensive leadership training (8+ weeks) and a supportive Panda community that focuses on your professional and personal development, with growth opportunities into management positions.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
