Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead store operations alongside the Store Leader. You’ll train and coach employees, promote from within, and ensure loyalty program engagement while pushing merchandise and marketing initiatives.

You should have strong customer service, cash handling, and safety knowledge, with a high school diploma preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.
