Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training at our Hopkins, MN location. You will lead store teammates, coordinate training programs, and help ensure smooth daily operations while upholding safety and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and within the organization.
• Willing to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Lead store marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team with recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Maintain high guest service and resolve guest complaints; upkeep of the store.
