Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training at our Hopkins, MN location. You will lead store teammates, coordinate training programs, and help ensure smooth daily operations while upholding safety and attendance policies.

The role offers hands-on coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and a path to permanent store leadership through performance and growth opportunities. Competitive compensation and benefits are included, with bonuses and advancement opportunities as you develop

Qualificações

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and within the organization.
• Willing to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Lead store marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team with recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Maintain high guest service and resolve guest complaints; upkeep of the store.
