Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training to lead store teammates, oversee training programs, and enforce policies. You will guide daily operations, performance, and guest service while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic retail auto-service setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and store profitability with growth opportunities as you advance through the management track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and lead Teammates.
• Profit and loss center management experience.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
