Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain inventory control and knowledge of cost of goods, turnover, ordering.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance and related factors.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds, including HVAC and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate the on-going maintenance of the POS system.
• Provide supervision and training to teammates including scheduling and performance management.
• Schedule staff, coach performance, and conduct orientation meetings as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust to maintain labor control.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance; lead safety meetings.
• Open and close the store and complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork.
• Enforce cash controls and partner with Loss Prevention on shrinkage.
• Assist at other locations as directed.
