Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training II for our Pt Townsend, WA location. You will lead store teammates, oversee training and enforce attendance, safety, and uniform standards, while participating in store safety and policy meetings to drive success.

You will develop leadership skills, manage coaching and scheduling, and contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth operations in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and drive for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls, marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to meet business needs and ensure coverage.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
