Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC, located in Madison, WI, is hiring a Manager in Training. You will lead training and supervise store teammates while enforcing attendance, safety, and uniform policies, and you may conduct or attend safety and policy meetings.

You’ll drive store success by coaching teammates, managing schedules, controlling inventory and cash, and taking full P&L responsibility to deliver guest satisfaction and strong results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience driving a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate Teammates and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory controls, and cash handling.
• Lead store marketing, guest satisfaction, and full P&L responsibility.
• Build a winning team using recruiting, interviewing, and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate schedules to meet business needs and resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained.
