Qualifications

• Supervise store teammates and lead training programs.
• Provide prompt guest service, answer questions, resolve complaints.
• Budgeting, sales forecasting, and P/L performance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and supervision of store teammates.
• Oversee inventory, cost of goods, and ordering/receiving processes.
• Manage budgeting, sales forecasts, and profit drivers.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds; supervise POS system maintenance.
• Schedule, coach, and evaluate staff; enforce cash controls and safety policies.
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention and respond to incidents quickly.
