Qualifications

• Minimum supervision experience; retail management preferred.
• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment per health guidelines.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred or equivalent retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Train and coach employees to maintain high service standards and retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Ensure store is clean, safe, and in-stock, complying with health/sanitation procedures.
