Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of Retail Management experience preferred.
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Handle cash transactions and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
- Demonstrate strong communication and multitasking abilities.
