Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and promotions for team members.
• Communicate information from management meetings to team members.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training across all areas.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance records and scheduling and payroll.
