Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guests’ top experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50‑mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and oversee associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Hire, manage and direct team members and deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
