Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express locations. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and development through the 3+ weeks program.
• Support store team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
