You’ll hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Flexible scheduling, including openings and closings, weekends, and holidays, is required, with a strong rewards package including training, growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
